 VRBO-1391633 - A 1-Bedroom studio with bells and whistles: During this crisis, we will be disinfecting more stringently than ever and we also run the HVAC non-stop so all is freshened up between people. Also, we have been lucky enough not to have known anybody who has the Covid-19 virus.
This Studio is a brand new space on the 1st floor of our townhouse. It has it's own private entrance which will only be used by our guests. The Studio has lots of light and 9' ceilings. The Studio has a patio looking out onto a landscaped courtyard with comfortable chairs to help you enjoy happy hours or whatever hours. The studio has a full kitchenette including micro, fridge, toaster oven, hotplate, hotpot, filtered water, Sodastream, a French carafe and also a Nespresso with cream. We also have bikes that we will loan to our guests so you can enjoy the North Person Street Corridor and downtown Raleigh which is less than a mile away. We are 2 blocks from the free R-LINE bus which cycles thru every 15 minutes from 7 am to 11 pm and takes you thru downtown Raleigh and back. The city also has Lime bikes and Gotcha electric scooters. You can pick up an Uber or Lyft usually with less than a 5-minute wait.
This unit has a 55' Smart Roku TV with a Samsung sound bar complete with subwoofer. We provide most of the major channels, like Netflix, Starz, Showtime, HBO, Amazon Prime, Pandora and YouTube and too many more. More

Outdoor suitable for families and more so with children. we are glad to get other families enjoy the space with some restrictions to area inside and outside the properties.
There are 3 rooms upstairs (1 master bedroom and 2 regular room with queen size beds in 2 rooms and full size in 1) and another room with queen size bed in the basement, these what is open to guest.
We are closed to restaurants, grocery, Movie theater etc, and less than 15 minutes to down town Raleigh amenities and RDU international airport. more |

Although I have a no refund policy, if you notify me 90 days out from reservation, I will refund your funds. Less than 90 days, if I can rebook the property, I will refund your funds at that time.

We're in a quiet neighborhood and once you have driven into the private drive, you will see mostly green. You'll feel like you're in the woods but you're actually only two minutes away from groceries and five minutes from many restaurants. Owls and hawks are our constant companions and we often have deer and foxes that roam the grounds. In the summer you can enjoy the saltwater pool, fire pit and table tennis right outside the doors and in winter the mineral bath hot tub allows continuous enjoyment of the outdoors. We do change the hottub water with each new guest. When using the hottub, most nites the moon is directly overhead and with the lites on in and around the pool the backyard light set-up is something else.more |
